Format
Under 6’s will be 4 a side (max squad of 6) - Square Field
Under 8’s, 5 a side, (max squad of 8) - Square Field
Under 10’s 7 a side. (max squad of 10) - School Rugby Field
Under 11’s & 12’s, 7 a side. (max squad of 10) - School Rugby Field
Under 14’s, 5 a side. (max squad of 8) - School Rugby Field
Under 16’s, 5 a side. (max squad of 8) - School Rugby Field

All Managers must report to Match Control in the Square Field / School Rugby Field on arrival.  The fixtures for groups, rules etc will be given to team managers once all teams are registered.

9.15am registration for 10.00am start


All coaches/volunteers involved with a team at the festival must have a valid COMET ID. The organisers reserve the right to require coaches/volunteers to show their COMET ID. Any coach/volunteer unable to show a valid COMET ID will be regarded as not having a COMET ID and the coach/volunteer will not be permitted to continue to be involved with his or her team or any other team at the festival.


Please note that under 6's are non-competitive.


All other age groups finals will be played on the day.

Entries will be on a first come first served basis.  Closing Date will be Friday 15th April 2022.

Entries are not secured without relevant payment being received by Aberaeron FC.

Definition of Age Groups
Under 6 5 years old and School Year 1
Under 8 School Years 2 and 3 (parental consent form MUST be completed for each child to participate)
Under 10 School Years 4 and 5 (parental consent form MUST be completed for each child to participate)
Under 11 School Years 5 and 6 (parental consent form MUST be completed for each child to participate)
Under 12 School Years 6 and 7 (parental consent form MUST be completed for each child to participate)
Under 14 School Years 8 and 9
Under 16 School Years 10 and 11

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Changing Facilities
On site / school Rugby field changing rooms.

Parking
Usual public parking plus Aberaeron Leisure Centre / Comprehensive School.

Catering
Caterers will be on both sites, plus the local cafes etc.

Security
Only the main turnstile entrance (outside the Black Lion) will be open on the day in the square field.
Entrance to the school rugby field will be through the gate facing the public car park.
All children will be the responsibility of the individual parents / guardians etc.

Photographs
Photos will be taken and displayed on the Aberaeron Football Club and photographers website / social media pages.
